Later this year, the Invisio Q7 headset will be available from Radio Shack. It is a bluetooth-enabled headset that does not use a microphone. Instead, it uses "bone-conduction technology," which converts the vibrations of your skull into sound. This means that you could be taking a phone call in a very loud environment, e.g., a football game, concert, and still be heard very clearly on the other end without shouting.
