Google Moon

Similar to Google Earth, Google has mapped the moon (well, at least part of it), courtesy of NASA imagery. Find where the Apollo missions landed and what the moon is really made of!

The Lunar and Planetary Institute has a map that also shows the Russian unmanned landings.

We have also made available plenty of other lunar maps

That link goes to a great map -- didn't know it existed.

What I found interesting about Google Moon was the ability to hone in on specific areas -- using technology similar to that used in Google Maps.
